Rest In Love, Darwin(Pooky)

On December 23rd, Darwin Derosans was tragically taken from us due to gun violence. Darwin was a family man that never caused any problems. He would give you the shirt off of his back, and the food off of his plate. On the night of Darwin’s passing he was enjoying a night out at his favorite bar, where he was singled out by an unknown man. The man was described as irate, with an intent to cause harm, in which he did just that. He took a life for no reason whatsoever and the family of Darwin are desperately searching for answers. We are devastated beyond belief. 

Darwin aka “Pooky”  had a heart of gold and was always there for others. He was always looking out for family, close friends and his neighbors. During his last months, Darwin was going through a lot, as he had just lost his second oldest son, Ty’shon, two months before this incident. He was doing his best to keep that million dollar smile on his face, and head high. Other than going to his favorite bar, he also enjoyed spending time with his children. He loved the 49ers. He loved to laugh and see others laugh. He could light up a room with his infectious energy. Such a pure heart and soul.
