Local family loses all to a fire.
A dedicated father, Jeff Williston and service member of CFB Petawawa lost their home suddenly to a fire. With only the clothes on their back and not even shoes on their feet the children’s father got them and himself out safely.
The children grew up in that home. Their father put his heart and soul into the house to make sure his kids had a good home. The family is grieving and in shock. I ask the community near and far to help lessen the burden while they rebuild, not only their home but themselves.
This money will go to the basic necessities they are without right now or to help fund temporary housing.
