Huggy Bear Surgery Fund
Donation protected
Today both of our English Bulldogs were attacked by Pit Bulls in our own yard. After Huggy was dragged out of our yard, laid there lifeless for 30 minutes until the police finally showed up, we were able to get him out of our neighbors yard and take him to the hospital. About 4 hours later we were informed that he had sustained multiple puncture wounds, lacerations, and a significant loss of blood that was going to require 2 to 3 days hospital stay, multiple surgeries, and 24 hour care. We got lucky that the hospital was willing to work with us on the initial payment for services rendered, but we need the remaining $2500 in order to bring Huggy home on Monday or Tuesday of next week. We hate to ask for your help, but we do not know what else to do. Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and all your support. God Bless and Thank you all. Lucy and Huggy are at CARES animal hospital in Langhorne PA. Any donations above the goal will be given to CARES for other pet owners experiencing a financial hardship due to unexpected medical expenses for their pets. Thank you.
