Support Bob's Recovery Journey
Donation protected
I’m sure many of you have a "Bob story." As tough and intimidating as Bob can seem, I've seen firsthand how often he’s helped people he didn't even know. If he saw you struggling on the street, he’d offer you a place to stay. If you were short on money, he’d buy you a beer or give you whatever he could spare. I’ve even known him to save a life or two.
Right now, Bob needs our help.
Today marks day 20 of Bob being in the hospital. Without going into too many details, he’s fighting a serious infection in his stomach, and we don’t know when he’ll be discharged. What we do know is that when Bob finally gets out, he won’t be able to work for a while. He’ll have to visit the hospital daily for treatment to ensure the infection is properly managed with antibiotics.
I can only imagine how terrifying it must be for him, not knowing what the future holds, with everything changing so suddenly. But we can help take one huge burden off his shoulders. By offering support, we can make sure Bob is able to live comfortably while he focuses on recovery and figures out what comes next in terms of work and life.
Let’s help him like he’s helped so many others
(if internet donations arent your thing, we have a donation bucket for bob at The Uptowner 1032 E. Center St, Milwaukee WI 53212)
one last thing, when I went to donate, it had a gofundme tip added, note: that is optional and you can change it to zero, or anything you'd like, just know it's not mandatory
