John Wayne Powell passed unexpectedly from complications beyond anyone's control on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. This money will be used exclusively for memorial expenses so that we may lay our brother, father, grandpa, uncle, son, husband, veteran, and everybody's best friend to rest.
He will be sorely missed, he never met a stranger and always had a smile.
