Help Louise

My best friend and good friend to so many Oakham and Rutland folk, Louise Freeman (Cassidy, Tilley) was diagnosed at 21 with Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Arrythmia, Ventricular Tachycardia and Ventricular Storms and has waited since then for Heart Transplant.
Never defeated she fought on. She is very happily married to Mark, she has two children, one stepson, Aaron loved as her own and four young grandchildren with another on the way. Twelve years ago she put herself through university to become a Social Worker.
She has since supported and befriended many needy and vulnerable families.
More recently, at only 47 years of age, her health has seriously deteriorated
Last week she received the devastating news that she her cardiac issues have accelerated and she is no longer strong enough for a Heart Transplant. She is awaiting cardiac surgery to try and help the situation.
Bad enough news for any family but in tandem with that she has received the news that she has inoperable Renal Cancer and is awaiting results for Metatarsis on her spine.
Thank goodness for the care of Glenfield Hospital.
Louise and Mark were hoping to celebrate their Silver Wedding with a holiday in Spain, reduced to a party in Oakham and with Louise so ill in Glenfield, that too has been cancelled
Husband Mark is struggling to drag himself to work and children Albert and Pollyanna and Aaron are struggling too, as are the rest of her family.
I would like to raise as much money as possible to take the strain off Mark and the children and allow them to organise treats etc if Louise is up to it and provide for all that is needed at such time as is necessary.
I am targeting £3000, more would be fantastic, and it would be great if the lovely people of Oakham and Rutland dug deep to support this lovely family.
