They are the embodiment of the American Dream. They came here to make a better life and have worked hard to achieve it. They provide amazing food at reasonable prices for our working class community.

Moving a business is difficult and expensive. moving a restaurant is even more expensive. It's not just a matter of unplugging alliances and putting them on the truck. Ventilation hoods are incredibly expensive and they must be installed by companies that specialize in this type of work. The inspection and permitting of a restaurant can make even an experienced pro pull their hair out.
