My School

Hi my name is reggie I am 11 years old and go to Woodlands Special needs school in Leatherhead.

The current heatwave has been a struggle for all of us but especially children like me whose mobility issues doesn't allow us to have easy access to outside spaces so spend a majority of our time in classrooms.

I have decided to start a campaign to try and get businesses / companies to help me fund an air conditioning system inside our school.

As this is not a priority with all of the other essential needs children with special needs need, the school cannot use their funds for this.

Global warming means it is likely temperatures will continue to rise in the UK and this system will benefit me and other pupils of Woodlands for years to come
