ESO ARTISANAL PASTA COMEBACK
Donation protected
Dear Morristown, as you know back in early September Kristina and I made the tough decision to close ESO after a devastating blow to the business that left us temporarily convinced that we would not be able to open our doors again. After dedicating a year and a half to following our dreams that started with Babushkas Pies, was followed by ESO, and ended with a combination of them both this was easily the most difficult decision either of us had made in our careers to date. Luckily, that won't be the end of this story.
After two months of fighting for everything that we've worked so hard for we were able to get our baby back, now we can't wait to watch it grow! Gaining the opportunity to have another go at being young entrepreneurs is a major blessing that we aren't taking for granted even in the slightest bit. We have mentioned it time and time again, the most rewarding part of this experience by a long shot has been the ability to have a positive impact in the community that we live in, and that AJ grew up in. That mixed with doing what we love for a living is not only priceless but immensely fulfilling to the say the least.
As of now, we are hoping to open our doors just in time for the holidays, or should I say Mac & Cheese and Lasagna Alla Norma season! With that being said we come to you humbly in need of assistance from those of you who are willing and able to help us get back on our feet. Each and every donation of any amount helps us get one step closer to being operational, and helps make our dreams come true. We were fortunately able to keep our store front in Morristown and find a new kitchen to operate out of. All that's left is raising the funds to get the ball rolling again!
Last but not least, we want take a moment to thank each and everyone of you that came and supported our shop in our final days before closing. We were able to completely sell out of pasta and came up just a hair shy of selling out of sauces. Realistically speaking had that final boost in sales not occurred we would not have the opportunity to reopen. Since day one, our community has been the driving force behind our success through showing unprecedented amounts of love and support in every way imaginable. It is vitally important to us that you all know that this has never, not even once gone overlooked.
Help us bring the Authentic Flavors of Italy to your Home once again, and we promise to stick around for good this time.
