Court appeal to get primary custody back

My name is Tyler Strickland. I serve in the United States Army as a Sargent , Squad Leader. I am a proud, devoted, full-time father to two boys.

In February of 2022, I received primary custody of my two sons due to confidential circumstances. At the time, my boys were 5 and 7. Since then, I have had to continue the fight to keep primary custody which has left me no choice but to spend the majority of my income on attorney fees. Recently, a judge ruled that my boys will be returning to their mother. Since this order, I made the decision to appeal the order.

I will never stop fighting for my boys. As their father, and primary parent, it is my number one priority that they have the opportunity to grow up in a safe, consistent, and loving home.
