Memorial Fund: Oscar Frayer & Andrea Moore-Frayer

Oscar Frayer, Soldier's Alum and his sister Andrea Moore-Frayer recently passed away in a tragic car accident. Oscar and Andrea were wonderful kids who touched the lives of those around them. They leave behind a host of family members and friends.

We are all devastated by the loss of Oscar and Andrea . We want to help their mother, Bionca Sparrow, give them a memorial to honor their memory and say our last goodbyes.

We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of the funeral and other expenses.
