Shane’s Medical Bills - Please help!!

Donation protected
You may have met him a time or two.. that generous 14 year old little boy who opened the Shane Gives Thanks Food Pantry in Carver to support his community in an effort to fight hunger and give back to those in need..
❗️Now more than ever, Shane NEEDS your help❗️
On December 29th Shane was rushed by ambulance to Boston Children’s Hospital.. and admitted into the ICU. It was there that our family received a diagnosis that no parent or child should ever have to hear.. Shane was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. Shane has remained in critical condition and is fighting for his life.
A team of Oncologists and Neurologists was quickly assembled so an intense Chemotherapy treatment could begin. Though Shane is a fighter - this cancer has shown how aggressive it can be. Shane has required multiple blood transfusions daily and antibiotics requiring them to place a PICC Line in his arm, which allows a port for the Chemotherapy he receives twice a day. As if all of this wasn’t already too much to comprehend.. Shane also has two brain bleeds that are being monitored with CT scans every 6 hours, fluid build up around his lungs, low blood pressure and labored breathing requiring him to be put on a ventilator. To allow him to rest so his body can fight- they are keeping him under medical sedation 24 hours a day. This morning a feeding tube was inserted.. We’ve been told the next 24-48 hours is critical.
* On Sunday Jan 2nd Shane underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a brain bleed to relieve the pressure in his brain.  The next 24-48 hours is critical..
While Shane is fighting for his life, his mother Krystle, will be unable to return to work for an extended period of time as Shane requires 24 hour care. As any parent could expect.. she hasn’t left his side, often times sleeping in the window seat of his Isolated ICU room because at this time he has no immune system, and hospital Covid protocol won’t allow for a second bed for her. Her fiancé, Jason, has also had to take leave from work to care for Shane’s autistic sister Peyton. With household finances restricted and medical expenses piling up.. I ask everyone to PLEASE help by making a donation to this go fund to assist with Shane’s medical expenses.. Get well cards and Donations
( make checks payable to Krystle Cole ) can  be mailed to Krystle Cole C/O Monica Cole 144 Franklin St. East Bridgewater, Ma 02333 - Auntie will make sure they get delivered directly to Shane.  Any remaining money left after paying the out of pocket medical expenses will be used for Shane’s aftercare expenses including rehabilitation and therapy.
If nothing else.. please pray for Shane..and keep our family in your thoughts as well. God is good - and we need a miracle!!
Krystle has given me ( Auntie Monica) permission to post. Please understand she won’t be able to respond to calls, text messages or fb messages.. her energy is staying focused saving her son. Anyone is welcome to message me directly if needed.
* 6/2/2022 - On day 155 of our stay at Boston Children's Hospital - after 6 long rounds of high dose chemotherapy, Shane was blessed by an anonymous donor and received a bone marrow transplant. He will spend the next 4-6 weeks in the Transplant wing under strict isolation *
