Miracle for Maddie

To know Maddie is to know she’s an amazing kid. She’s a star pitcher for softball, plays basketball and danced. Fun loving, easy going with a smile that lights up a room. In May 2020, after experiencing pain in her knee,  Madelyne was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Because this is a blood cancer it is aggressive. She went into treatment immediately and her and her family found themselves in a whirlwind of hospital appointments, bloodwork, transfusions and biopsies.  As of her last bone marrow biopsy in July she still has cancer present. She has already been through 2 rounds of chemo and because the cancer is stubborn she has to go through more until she is in remission. At that point she will have approximately a 2 year plan to keep her in remission with more appointments & procedures. We, her extended family are looking to help support John and Tracy, Madelyne and Jenna any way we can. Any contribution you can make would be greatly appreciated. Any funds that are not used for Maddies’ care will be donated to an independent research facility, unrelated to pharmaceutical companies.
