Nelson Strong

Anyone who knows my father, Nelson Rosario, know that he is welcoming and inclusive. He opens his home to everyone and is generous helping everyone that he can. Last month, My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. We are all still digesting the news mentally and emotionally. Nelson still lives in St. Thomas where he has resided for over 20 years. During the diagnosis process he has had to travel to Puerto Rico for tests and is now traveling to Florida for surgery. At this point, we are estimating at least a few months of evaluation, treatment and recovery. This means to him significant medical cost, travel costs and lost income. Our amazing friends and family from Dorothea Bay and other areas have reached out asking where to contribute to lift the heavy load. I have set up a Gofundme page.
