A little help goes a long way…

If you are anything like me, you have sat here and watched Melissa go though the craziest past 6 months. For those who don’t know the whole situation, she chose to take charge of her life and have a routine double mastectomy due to a long family history of breast cancer. What was supposed to be a routine surgery, has turned in 6 months of antibiotics and 4 surgeries. She is in the hospitality industry, which we know is a physically trying job. Due to that, she hasn’t been able to work since middle of December. She is a mom of 2 awesome kids. AJ who is 13 and sassy Brooklyn who will be 11 soon. She has had the support of her family, and especially mama B. Her short term disability is is coming to an end soon and I just want to make sure she can focus on her recovery and not about how her bills will get paid. And to add to that, her dog, Twyla, went in for surgery today due to finding cancer also. Please help me take some stress off her plate.
