Hi, my name is Kadee and I am fundraising for my 14 year old niece Allie and her family. Allie is an honor roll student. Very athletic and she loves camping and spending time with her friends and family. Almost 3 weeks ago Allie, slowly started to loose some cognitive abilities, including reading, writing, self care strategies, speech, ect. She was diagnosed with micro frontal lobe seizures, we are unsure at this time what the cause is. At this time, they are waiting to see what steps need to be taken to get her better. They are currently trying to get an EEG machine that costs a lot of money that their insurance will not cover. Allie's mother, Emily spends her time taking care of children and Allie is the oldest sibling of 4. Allie's dad, Travis works at cement plant, very long and hard hours. They cant afford to miss any work. I am creating this to just help them with some extra things so that they can have a little bit of comfort out of all of this. Their world has been turned upside down in 3 weeks. They want their daughter back. We need Allie back. Anything is much appreciated and so helpful. Thank you all!
