A special wish

This is probably the hardest thing I've ever written, I know its long but please if you care about me or my family take the time read .....

So.....as some of you may know I was planning on marrying the love of my life in a couple of years. As with most things in my life we have been given a curveball except this time it's a life changing, heart breaking one. Rias mum got admitted to hospital with severe back pain a few weeks ago, the doctors said she had managed to break her back....we were worried how we were going to juggle looking after rias sisters (aged 15 and 10) as she was going to be off her feet for a few months and our lives are pretty hectic. However we are family, we stick together and we will muddle through....... unfortunately fate was not finished, while looking at ways of screwing her back together they discovered she has terminal bone cancer! This has flipped us all upside down and to be honest the children have been emotionally braver than me throughout.

Issy being the amazing person she is has concentrated on making sure everyone else is OK and that the girls will move in with us when the time comes the worry of a few months is now going to be a lifetime but we are a family and we will get through together!.... ive never met a more selfless person or someone so concerned with everyone elses feelings and worries when facing there own mortality. However one thing she really wants to see is her daughter get married! On hearing this I walked out of the hospital and booked the next available wedding at the registry office. I managed to get one booked for June this year!!!! Its a small room with only a handful of guests so please if you don't get an invite please please understand that I still love you but to make this happen we only have about 10 spaces each after our kids (half my family can't even come). I have also managed to book a holiday cottage for the week of the wedding, this was the same place we all went on holiday together a few years ago and the last place we were all together and happy (picture taken at holiday home) so instead of a honeymoon we have decided to recreate that happiness and return there. Unfortunately this all comes at a cost, I'm working as hard as I can to cover the costs however I have such a short period to find it all, I've had so many people try and reach out to help I've decided for the first time in my life I'm going to let them....ive set up a go fund me page so anyone that would like to buy us a wedding gift, buy us a drink for our wedding, buy me drink for my 40th (in 2 weeks) or just want to help us out please feel free to drop a donation instead, Even if its only a pound they add up and will help us make our goal of making the wedding and one last family holiday a reality!
