The Weeks family

Hi everyone! I’m Nikki Weeks, mother to Alex Weeks and mother-in-law to Amber. As most of you know, Alex was in a single motorcycle accident back on July 2, 2023 which resulted in losing his left leg above the knee. Thankfully, he only spent 5 days in the hospital, less than 24 hours in rehab and no PT (for the moment). Right now, he is waiting on insurance to approve his prosthesis and then he’ll have to learn how to walk. He’s been off work since the accident on Short Term Disability and while we are super thankful, he still isn’t getting a full paycheck which has put a strain on them financially especially with medical bills rolling in.

We are so thankful to all our friends and family for the support, for helping out and for the many prayers for Alex and our family.
