Hi, my name is Deb and I am fundraising for my daughter Hannah.

She is in hospital right now after having had a twenty-five minute seizure. The strength and duration of the seizure prompted a heart attack which has left her with heart damage as well as some damage to her kidneys. She is only in her early thirties.

She is currently in critical care in the emergency unit. She will be for some time. It will be a lengthy healing process and managing finances will be difficult during her challenging road to recovery. As we are unsure at this time of her treatment, she will be spending much time off work, thus no income. Losing her license for a year will negatively impact her transportation costs when she eventually returns to work.

Hannah is a fighter and is going through some very harrowing times with her health. It is my wish that she not have the stress of financial hardship on top of it.
