Help Tina Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Tina was diagnosed with breast cancer in late August of 2019. This came as a shock to both her and her husband as well as their six daughters and 15 grandchildren. No one was prepared.
Since then, she has fought long and hard to overcome this battle with the most will-power and optimistic outlook. She began her chemo treatments in September and her hair began to fall out after each brush. She occasionally became sick from treatments, yet she remained strong and hopeful. Her words were always, "God has got this." She has remained by this statement to this day.
Tina has been invested in her church community and is a loving mother and grandmother throughout this entire battle. She provides a roof over the heads of her family who needs it.
While Tina does not work, her husband does. He works long hours as much as he can. While this helps pay the bills necessary to have food and shelter as well as other necessities, it doesn't help with the medical bills rolling in. Kenneth, her husband, also has heart issues that have added slightly to the bills.
Tina has had months of chemo, two-three surgeries, and has to take medications to keep her glucose levels regulated. Unfortunately, the medicine she needs is one the insurance will not pay for. There are a lot of medical bills that need to be paid that will help in taking off a lot of financial stress from the family.
While $5,000 is our goal and is a start, we hope to surpass this. Any and all donations are accepted as well as prayers and encouragement.
