Tammy needs your help!

This is Tammy, a stray cat in great need of dental work. She is a lovely but scaredy girl who enjoys scratches, but now she is in pain whenever we touch her teeth or wipe her saliva. She usually has her tongue out (blep), most likely due to discomfort from her teeth, and her saliva is very smelly and sticky. She eats less and starts loosing weight daily.

The estimated cost of the dental procedure is $500-$600 including anaesthesia, excluding an additional $65 for a Convenia injection and Temvet pain relief $10 bringing the total dental cost to $575-$675.

We are a small group of volunteers that look after the colony where Tammy comes from, and would greatly appreciate any support to cover this expense. By contributing, you can help give him an opportunity to enjoy a better quality of life.

13/03/24 Updates #1 - Tammy has Stomatitis

All of her teeth are extracted, she got Convenia injection and the vet gave some Temvet tablets (stronger pain relief than Loxicom) for her teeth removal

19/03/24 Updates #2 - Tammy is getting better

Her appetite is back and she is starting to enjoy eating in her hidey.

31/03/2024 Update #3 - Tammy is doing great! She is back to her usual self and is starting to groom herself again.

Without your support, we would be struggling to keep up with Tammy's medical fees, along with other expenses of keeping Tammy's colony safe.
