We have all been looking for ways that we can help Shannon. We have been contacted by many people on the team wanting to support her. We want to be able to offer her some financial assistance if she wants to take additional time off. Knowing Shannon, she might choose to try to come back to work but we want her to have this option if needed. Grief and healing are different for every person and even if she comes back, she might need to take time off again unexpectedly to heal. Who knows! All we know is we want to help!
