VET BILL

Hi, my name is Marjorie, known as Mel. I am fund raising for my little Cavalier, Maisie. I had to take her to the Vet last week as I was concerned about discharge from her nose. After checking her, the Vet informed me that she had an infection in one of her teeth, the infection has travelled up through her Jawbone & into her nose. He gave her an Antibiotic injection & gave her some tablets. But, he needs to have her in for the day to do major dental work, X-rays etc. He sent me by email the estimate for all the work later that day. I can show pics of email if required. The total cost is £985.35. It's so much for me to find, being a 72 yr old on a basic state pension. When I rescued Maisie from a not nice life, I did try to get her insured, but because of her age they were not willing to accept her. I really never thought I would have to resort to this to raise funds, but I am so desperate & worried about my girl. Also, I did ask the Vets if they would let me pay by instalment but since they have recently been bought out by a company, they no longer do this. I don't know where else to turn.
