KIDNEY TRANSPLANT

Hi. My name is Anthony i'm 13yrs old. I was born with Townes Brock syndrome it comes with many disabilities and health issues. I've had 6 previous surgeries 3 being open heart. One of the many health problems is chronic kidney disease. I'm at the end stage of renal failure and active on the kidney transplant list. My family could use the help when we get the call to go to Denver for my transplant. We were told to expect to be in Denver for

 6-8weeks after surgery as long as nothing goes wrong.
