Hurricane Ida Relief (Lids Louisiana Team)

Hello all,

My name is Brian Banford and I am the District Sales Manager for Lids in Louisiana-South Mississippi. As you know, Hurricane Ida ripped through South La. destroying homes and leaving millions of people left to go without some of the basic necessities of life (food, water, shelter, power...etc.). While we are blessed to report that most of the team here made it through with minimal damages to homes, there were three members of the Lids SW03 Team that suffered severe damage to their homes and are in need of our help. Melana Barton (SM at Tiger Mania...GEAUX TIGERS!) , Lisa Grimes (SM at Lids 3.0 in Houma, LA) and Aaron Blade (FTASM at Lids Locker Room Mall of LA) along with their children and families are working to pick up the pieces and get through this trying time. The funds donated are needed and will be used to replace lost items such as food and clothing and also help with any upfront costs that insurance does not cover. With Mel being the most tenured of the three, she will be the one who has access to the donations and will distribute them evenly. To their credit, each of them did not ask me to do this and their attitudes have remained positive and focused on the future! . That said, I am imploring to any and all who have the ability to assist and make the recovery process a little bit easier, please...donate.
