Long Road Ahead
Donation protected
Hey there family, friends and supporters,
We are reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea for help. Our beloved Craig is facing incredible challenges against a severe medical condition that threatens not only his health but also his family's future.
On the 21st of July, Craig was admitted to the Critical Care Unit in Des Moines for an aortic dissection which is a serious tear in the artery that attaches to the heart. His condition also caused him to have mini-strokes that confusion and memory loss. After a week in the Critical Care Unit, medical staff were able to stabilize his condition enough to be moved onto the rehab floor. He is showing great signs of improvement but still has a long road ahead of him with planned surgery and outpatient therapy to aid in his help to make full recovery. We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to assist with the necessary funds to provide Craig with the medical treatment and care he needs and help with the loss of funds due to extended time off.
Craig has always been a positive role model and a strength for his friends, family, and community. However, his recent medical event has turned his world upset down.
By contributing to his campaign, you're not just helping with medical expenses, you helping to lift the burden of the financial responsibility that is accumulating. Every dollar raised will directly go towards covering medical bills, specialized therapies, necessary medications, and other expenses that arise during his challenging journey.
We understand that times are tough for many, but any contribution, big or small, can make a significant difference. Additionally, sharing this campaign within your circles can help amplify our message and bring us closer to our goal. Let's rally together as a community to support Craig and his family.
On behalf of Craig's family, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for considering a donation to Craig's medical fund. Your generosity and support mean more than words can express. Let's stand together and show that compassion and kindness can make a tangible impact on someone's life.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
