My name is Natalie and I am reaching out on behalf of my younger brother, Joseph, who is courageously battling Stage 4B Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Joseph's journey began with over an entire year of undetected cancer, marked by symptoms that drastically impacted his daily life which included night sweats, a loss of appetite, and a drastic 30-pound weight loss within a month.

Joseph is not just my brother; he's my best friend, a selfless, kind-hearted individual who consistently puts others before himself. The delayed diagnosis and neglect by medical professionals at Kaiser Permanente have let Joseph's cancer go unnoticed for over a year, leading to a diagnosis at an advanced stage. Joseph, at only 19 years old, could have never imagined going through this especially at such a young age. He was fired a couple of months ago from his job due to his illness, adding to the difficulties he faces.

Joseph's treatment is projected to last 6-8 months, during which he continues to be a dedicated college student.
