The Coronado Family

Jon and Beca are two of the most wonderful people I know. They’ve been faced with numerous hardships lately and some financial support from friends and family would go a long way in helping them through these difficult times.

Jon is one of the most hard working and compassionate people I’ve ever met. He sustained an injury to his hand in March of this year, and due to a Covid diagnosis he was only recently able to get surgery to repair the torn tendon. This has not only caused him a great deal of pain, it has put him out of work and onto disability for the next four months. While this will provide some income, it will not be enough to cover the family’s normal expenses.

On top of that, family’s landlord raised the rent by $110.70 starting next month.

The timing for these two issues couldn’t have been worse- about two months ago, Jon was in a car accident (through no fault of his own) which totaled the family’s only vehicle. Jon was able to replace this vehicle with another car, but this comes with increased car payments and insurance payments.

And to top it all off, the whole family has been sick with various illnesses all year, including the Flu, colds, stomach flu, and Covid.

Jon regularly works overtime through the night to provide for his family. But the injury and subsequent recovery process will put a severe constraint on the family’s ability to keep up with bills. Anything that you provide will go a long way in helping Jon to continue providing for his family. Please pray for the family and consider donating any amount that you can spare.

A little about the family: the Coronado family is Jon, Beca, Matthias (7), and Asher (5). Jon works night shifts at Amazon to support the family, and Beca home schools the two boys. They are a Jesus loving family and some of the kindest people you could ever meet.
