Elizabeth's Medical Bills

As many of you know, Izzy was recently diagnosed with cancer. She has been diagnosed with stage 4, Rhabdomyosarcoma (Cancer of the soft tissues). Izzy has a tumor behind her nasal cavity that has grown upward (toward her brain - but has not penetrated her brain) and toward her left ear. It has spread to her Lymph nodes, down her spine and into her hips (bones). The tumor behind her nasal cavity has cut off the airway; thus, a tracheotomy has been inserted for oxygen. Currently, Izzy is at high risk, and her "survival rate" isn't great. Of course, we hope to increase that as treatment goes on, but we won’t know if treatment is working for at least 8 weeks. She has begun radiation and traditional chemotherapy. Treatment is going to be 5 days a week for 42 weeks.
