Help with medical expenses

Hello my name is Sara, and I’m in post COVID recovery, I am currently at a hospital in San Antonio receiving rehabilitation. I am asking for help for medical expenses, travel expenses and food expenses. I have Down Syndrome and my parents are my caregivers and my support system during my post COVID recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
