**UPDATE #2** It’s with great sorrow we have to share that our beautiful first born daughter has earned her Angel wings. She was officially declared brain dead this evening. She will be an organ donor so they are keeping her body on the ventilator for two more days- I’m still holding out hope God will regenerate her brain during this time. Luke and I are beyond grateful and humbled for all of the prayers, kind words, and so much more. Please keep our family in your prayers for the months to come as our hearts are broken.
It is with fear and trembling that I BEG each person who sees this post to immediately drop to their knees and pray for the life of my firstborn child Iris Allen. She hung herself Monday evening and her brain went without oxygen for a very long time. She’s on a ventilator and we are waiting, hoping, to see some brain function soon. So far there is no sign. Luke and I are devastated beyond what words can describe. It’s like having your insides being ripped from you constantly, 24 hours a day. It’s not looking good as it seems like her brain is swelling more- We Need a MIRACLE and we need it TODAY, please pray for her brain to be restored. Pray for Luke and I to withstand this. I can hardly walk. I debated this post but I’m so desperate I don’t care.
