A future for Mike and Baby Jordyn

Kimmie was 35, she wanted nothing more then to be a mama. She had tried for the last 10 years to have a baby, she finally got pregnant and her and her husband were so excited to welcome a baby girl. August 6th she got covid. She tried to stay home and get through it. On August 10th she was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and covid. After a week in the hospital she had to be put on a ventilator, after that she had to have the baby emergency c-section. The baby was delivered at 30 weeks and besides 1 undeveloped lung and a grade 2 bleed in her head, baby girl is doing fine. Kimmie never got to hold her, never got to see her, she didn’t even know she had the baby cause she was intubated already when she delivered. She was put on 100% oxygen and then developed a fever. They were trying to get the fever down, she was on the ventilator for 2 weeks. No one could see her, all we could do was pray for her. After a long 3 weeks Kimmie passed away from a heart attack. Her husband and little baby girl are going to need a lot of prayers and help for the future. Kimmie was an amazing women, and will definitely be missed.
