RESTORATION PROJECT & CELEBRATORY JAMBOREE

Thank you for your interest in supporting the AFC!

August 24th 2017 - September 24th 2017
We're inviting the whole community to join the party! We have organized a month-long fundraiser and building restoration project leading to an all-day celebratory jamboree on September 24th, the first of our monthly AFC Showcase highlighting all that we are and all that we do!

We are currently undertaking the repair of the roof and restoration of our building grounds. We will rely on volunteer labor and donated materials. Our main goal with this page is to gather financial resources to use as volunteer stipends and for the purchase of supplies.

Please make any contribution you can - Thank you for supporting this invaluable community space! If you can't make a financial contribution, or would like to help in other ways, please read on to learn more about the AFC, our Community Engagement Campaign, and who to get in touch with about project details. Thank you again for your interest and support!

The Arlene Francis Center:
Our local, community-centered, cultural hub offers an eclectic mix of gatherings, group discussions, educational workshops, concerts, music classes, theatrical performances, art shows, film screenings, book readings, non-profit fundraisers, and an ever-changing multitude of grassroots productions! We believe that art and culture can bridge the gap between spirituality and politics transforming our relationships through creativity, connection, and collaboration.

The Arlene Francis Center is made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers, producers, community partnerships, donations of funds / supplies, homegrown festivals, and local events. The center is housed in a large, historic, brick building in downtown Santa Rosa's Railroad Square. This charming and beautiful structure provides a safe and inclusive creative space for all to enjoy!
