Afghanistan Earthquake Relief

A devastating, 5.9 magnitude earthquake has struck the provinces of Khost and Paktika - a remote and rural region in eastern Afghanistan, claiming more than 1000 lives and injuring over 1500 others.

In response to the calamity, The Children of War, the Homaira Rahman Foundation and Raqim Foundation are jointly launching this emergency fundraising appeal to help survivors in the affected areas who have been displaced and require urgent humanitarian assistance.

Your tax-deductible donations will go directly toward this effort and enable us to meet some of the immediate needs of the victims, such as providing food, water, temporary shelter and basic supplies. We already have a team on the ground to assess the situation.
