Introduction

Greetings,

We are a group of Global Africans, a dedicated group of individuals of African descent from around the world. United by a shared vision of communal living and environmental sustainability, we are committed to creating self-sustaining, eco-friendly communities that foster economic growth, preserve cultural heritage, and provide safe and nurturing environments for both repatriates and locals.

Purpose of Fundraising

We are raising funds to establish a groundbreaking project that embodies the principles of communalism and environmental sustainability. Our goal is to acquire land that we will use to build eco-friendly homes, including Nutec homes, rammed earth homes, Earthships, shipping container homes etc.To include be a platform to provide provide jobs and start up businesses for the locals. This initiative aims to create vibrant, self-sustaining communities that promote communal living, economic empowerment, and cultural enrichment.

Project Overview

1. Land Acquisition and Development:
We aim to purchase land in strategic locations identified by our Land Acquisition Committee. This land will serve as the foundation for our eco-friendly communities. The Land Acquisition Committee will select land based on criteria such as proximity to essential services (schools, hospitals, markets), potential for agricultural activities, accessibility to major cities, and environmental suitability for eco-friendly housing.

2. Eco-Friendly Housing:
We will construct various types of sustainable homes that are affordable, durable, and environmentally friendly. Our housing options include:
- Nutec Wendy homes: Cost-effective and quick to build.
- Rammed Earth homes: Utilizing natural materials for excellent insulation.
- Earthships: Built with recycled materials, featuring self-sufficient systems for energy, water, and waste management.
- Shipping Container homes: Affordable, modular, and eco-friendly.

3. Community Development:
Beyond housing, our project aims to foster economic growth and job creation by establishing local businesses and providing employment opportunities. We will also focus on educational programs, cultural activities, and vocational training to enrich our community.

Monthly Contributions and Land Allocation

To ensure transparency and fairness, we will track all monthly contributions in a secure database. This database will serve as a record to allocate land to donors who participate every month on a first-come, first-served basis. By maintaining accurate records of contributions, we can guarantee that those who consistently support the project are given priority in land allocation.
