Although the building, historic documents, and irreplaceable military memorabilia have been lost, the American Legion stands strong because of its members and mission. We will come together and rebuild! We will continue “to safeguard and transmit to posterity the principles of justice, freedom and democracy.”

If you would like a donation letter for tax purposes, please let us know.
Why Post 3 needs your help:
Being on a island in Alaska adds to the difficulties of rebuilding. Although the building was insured, the climbing cost of barge services, building materials, equipment, labor, and construction will not be fully covered by insurance. Your donation will help bring Post 3 back.
