Andricain LA Flood Relief Fund

These are my parents. They are very proud people and would never ask for anything. They are the kind who literally drop everything to help a family member or friend. They are proud but we are their children and we know they need help.

They had 5 feet of water in their home during the flood in Baton Rouge. The water came up so fast we did not have time to save most of their belongings. Today we opened the door. This was one of the hardest days my family has ever seen. Every piece of furniture, every piece of clothing, a lifetime of mementos. All my mothers sewing machines, computers, everything you would keep in your home.

Many friends from out of town are asking where they can help.  We found out today, their flood insurance does not cover any of the contents in their home, just the structure. They need help getting their home back together and their children are not too proud to ask.

There are so many in need and we understand. I promise this is going to some extraordinary people. Please give what you can and if you can't give, please share. We will be forever grateful.
