The day I feared the most. Was the day I would see my little brother come in as a trauma patient to my work. October 2nd 2015 was the day. Code trauma teir 1 and code blue was called over head. I was suppose to be the one in the trauma room registering him but thank goodness I was'nt. He was a Jon Doe at first.Untill the trauma team found his wallet, When i saw the wallet it looked familiar and when we open it and saw my brothers face on the ID. My whole world collapsed as i did. The nurses I call my friends all came and held me as i cried on the hospital floor. They got me to a bed and I asked," Is he gone?" Yes, he's gone. My brother was hit by a truck around 10 -10:30PM and flew 20 ft. the driver hesitated to to stop but ended up taking off. The Dr. tried to bring his heart back but there was too much trauma to the brain. Andy had so many goals for his future and was taken from all of us too soon. I just want all the people he loved and loved him to get a chance to say their last good byes to him. All you donations are greatly appreciated in this difficult time. Anything will help. My family and I will forever be thankful for all the help emotionally and financially.
