Help Us Honor Angel's Memory with a Proper Farewell

Hello, Angel Ruiz-Salgado was a funny, intelligent, and artistic girl. She would always find a way to make you smile. At the age of 10, she won a scholarship for a full ride to a college by competing in a science fair project. By 15, she had already received the majority of her high school credits to graduate, but unfortunately, she started to develop mental illnesses that we couldn't cure. These last 4 years of her life have been difficult for her to process the loss of our mother and grandmother, which worsened her substance abuse. She was a lost soul who couldn't escape the throes of her addiction and has succumbed to it at the age of 22. She had a lot of potential and was a very intelligent person.
I write this post to ask our family, friends, and strangers to help us in a time of need. Our family appreciates all the help we can get to give my sister a proper funeral. We have to transport her from New Jersey to Miami, so we appreciate all the help. Thank you, and if you are reading this, she was a sweet person before drugs entered her life.
