Art Barkley Hearing Aid Fund
Donation protected
Has Art Barkley impacted your life through the DTI spiritual mentoring / discipleship process?
Can you imagine being great at what God has called you to do with your life? Then imagine having that calling (that you are not only great at but love doing) being taken from you because you can no longer hear well enough to do it. This is where Art has found himself.
Quick background on Art
Art is the president of DTI. (Discipler Training International). Art and his wife Toni were missionaries in Bolivia. After returning to the States, Art developed DTI
to believers live the victorious Christian life.
Art is in his late 70's and without adequate insurance to pay for quality hearing aids to interact with discipleship groups . Unfortunately, he has decided to curtail participating in groups because of not being able to understand what is being said.
Our goal is $6500 to purchase the best hearing aids we can for Art...and we're doing this as a surprise for him. We know if we give Art the money, he would probably just donate it to a charity. Our plan is to pay the Audiologist in advance for all of Art's áudiological needs. Any leftover funds will be donated as Art directs.
Thank you for your generosity, and for giving back to a man who has given so much to you and so many others.
