Ashley, is an amazing young lady, and loved by everyone that knows her. She is a cherished daughter, sister, niece, grand-daughter, cousin, aunt, and friend. She was recently diagnosed with Guillian Barre Syndrome- a rare disorder in which the body's immune system attacks its nerves. What started as numbness and tingling has now progressed to a much more serious illness. Most people that are diagnosed with this will make a full recovery but it is not a quick recovery.
Ashley is a dedicated Dental Hygienist, and I don't believe I have ever met anyone who enjoys or loves their job more. Unfortunately, she is unable to work at this point and will continue intense therapies for several weeks, until she is strong enough to go back to doing what she loves. The proceeds from this fund will help with medical expenses and the Physical Therapy that she needs. Ashley is ready to face this recovery head on and with every ounce of her being, she is determined to come back stronger than ever! She has the strength, will, and determination of her father and she WILL make a full recovery!
There are many words to describe this amazing young lady- Kind, generous, witty, strong-willed, extremely brave, but most of all selfless. She gives so openly without expecting anything in return. She has always been there to support each and everyone of us and now it is time for us to pay her back...For every phone-call or text we have received on a bad day, for every event she has supported, for every time she has been any of our "biggest fan", for every thoughtful act she has performed for us, just because she cared.
Please consider donating to Ashley and her family. Every little bit helps as she runs this very long but brave road to recovery!
