Help support the recovery of a TBI survivor

Hello world. I have a story to tell and it will only take a few moments.

I have been on a mood stabilizer since my traumatic brain injury in 2014. It has side effects including male side effects and weight gain. I attempted to come off the med on my own and spent egregiously. I now realize I am on this class of medication for life.

This medication is classified as a mood stabilizer, and without it I take un-necessary and impulsive risks.

I also have a minor daughter in a precarious position that needs to be cared for. I greatly appreciate any and all help to recover and come back stronger than ever. I am also a Columbia University banking and economics student.

The money will be used to re-build my life and move out of where I currently live. Where I currently live is not appropriate for life after a TBI. Thank you for reading.
