Help Reggie Become a Certified Emotion Support Animal
Donation protected

Everett is a young boy with autism. He struggles with impulse control, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Everett requires particular stimulation to stay calm and make safe decisions. He is a bright boy who loves math, STEM, soccer, and running.
We put our hearts and souls into raising him and his twin sisters, but now we’ve added our Labrador Retriever puppy, Reggie, to the mix! Reggie is a very smart pup that has responded well to our training in the home and calms our son like no other. Everett has taken on many responsibilities when caring for Reggie, participates in his training, reads aloud to Reggie, and is consistent with his care. It is because of this that we have decided to seek formal training for Reggie to become a certified service dog or registered therapy dog to support our family and Everett's development.
Reggie will learn how to calm Everett, protect him from doing unsafe or impulsive behaviors, clear the room if needed, and much more. Everett and the rest of our family will benefit greatly from Reggie’s devoted service to us.

I have written my first children’s book, Everett’s Washing Machine which will be published and available to purchase December 1, 2024. Proceeds from this book will go towards the cost of training, and the funding to potentially continue writing books for children with autism. If you are not interested in purchasing a book, please consider donating to this cause.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support to help brighten the future of our wonderful son.
