Breaking The Chains Veterinary Ambulance

We are raising funds for a specialist 4x4 veterinary ambulance vehicle for Breaking The Chains that are currently operating in the war zones in Ukraine. This vehicle will be used to treat injured and sick animals across the conflict zones along with spay and neutering campaigns.

During my time in Ukraine and working in the hard-hit areas with Breaking The Chains, I not only realised the desperate need for such an ambulance but also why its true specialist nature is needed.

Due to the terrain, road surfaces and debris within these areas a conventional ambulance would not suffice. As well as most areas being reduced to rubble there is no where clinical for surgeries to be carried out. Having spoken to the team, we soon came to realise the vehicle needs to be fit for purpose both as a hygienic veterinary ambulance but also as a vehicle that is suitable to enter and operate dangerous areas.

I am raising £80,000 and will work alongside the guys to develop a bespoke and fully functioning vehicle that will be astronomical in saving the many lives of the animals of Ukraine where we can conduct surgeries, Spay & neutering, and provide vaccinations in the most affected and dangerous areas of Ukraine.
