Fundraiser:
Proceeds to cover expenses of a visible media presence this week and to support BTW Foundation, which supports 2 teachers' salaries annually and a variety of other services.
All donations in excess of media costs will go to BTW Foundation.
Billboard:
I-244 at Channel 6, expenses covered by North Tulsa Cherokee Association. Tuesday, 6/16, through Sunday, 6/21.
Tulsa World Ad:
This will feature artwork by Sabrill Holcomb, BTW class of 2005, and
the names of all Hornets interested in adding their names in solidarity.
We exceeded 1300 names at deadline - thanks to everyone who donated, to Sabrill for her artwork, and to Nathan and Mackenna for wrangling the data!!
Sabrill created the graphics for the T-shirts and billboard messaging as well.
This is an Opt In event due to space and cost constraints.
Plan is for 2 page ad Saturday listing the names of all who have signed up as hornet Alumni United Against Hate. $3500 x 2pages; Electronic Banner will run Saturday and Sunday $1250.
These have been paid for, donations will reimburse that cost.
***Deadline to add your name to the ad was : Wednesday, June 17, at 5pm, Central Standard Time.

Demonstration:
**Due to safety concerns, we are no longer organizing a group demonstration. We are working on an online rally Saturday--details to be determined/announced throughout the week.
