Baby Benjamin's Big Adventure

Donation protected
As many of you already know, Baby Benjamin has been diagnosed with Type II Sacrococcygeal Teratoma which means he has a tumor growing at the bottom of his tailbone that has both internal and external parts. This only occurs in approximately 1 out of 40,000 babies and poses a high risk for both Baby Benjamin and Kellie.

Ben and Kellie recently flew to Philadelphia and were evaluated by the amazing doctors at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)- they are the leading specialists in dealing with these teratomas. Due to the size of the tumor and the strain it can place on Baby Benjamin's heart, Kellie will need to live in Philly and have weekly appointments at CHOP until Baby Benjamin makes his arrival. Kellie is currently on the waiting list for the Ronald McDonald house, however there aren't any beds available, and we're unsure if any will open up.

We all know new babies have a significant financial impact without adding in all these extra medical and living expenses that Ben and Kellie will be dealing with over the coming months. As always, please keep praying for our little miracle, but if you are able please also give any support you can to Ben and Kellie to help cover some of these unexpected expenses. Thank you.
