Help Get Brent to Work

Can you help Brent? He is 24. He has Downs Syndrome. He has a work placement in a cafe due to start in September 2015 but the LEA won't pay for his transport. He's not yet travelling independently and I don't drive  so he needs to use taxis.  That's why we are doing this. He will be deprived of the opportunity to progress because of bureaucracy and cut backs unless we can raise the money. 
Please help us if you can. We'd be very grateful for anything you can give. I've approximated the cost over the year of the course of the four journeys a week there and back.
