Bernie Journey to South Carolina/Texas

WE WON NEVADA!!! Coming off three wins, I feel compelled to travel to South Carolina to knock doors for Bernie. And since the SC primary is so soon, I’m also considering traveling to Texas. Unfortunately, free time is the only resource I have, so I’m desperately in need of financial help to make it happen. I know there are many Bernie supporters who would love to knock doors for the campaign, but can’t because they have responsibilities. In my case, I happen to be on parental leave, and I can’t think of a better way to use the next few weeks than fighting for my sons’ futures. As far as the trip is concerned, a number of volunteers are arranging housing, so any money collected will be used to make HASTY flight arrangements. I would also need to purchase meals/transportation while I am canvassing. If I am lucky enough to meet the full goal, I definitely plan to take my two sons, which would be an opportunity to teach them what it means to fight for what we believe!!
