In Loving Memory of Billy Leo Murray Jr.

Mr. Billy Leo Murray Jr., age 69 of Dobson, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born March 6, 1955, in Surry County, to Lizzie Allen and Billy Leo Murray Sr. He is survived by his father, loving wife, Peggy Davis Murray, sisters and brother-in-law Shay and Elizabeth Glass and Michelle Roberts, nieces and nephews Lauren Fowler, Sarah Roberts Howlett, Ethan Roberts, Michael Roberts, Jason Glass, and Travis Glass, and a great nephew: Corban Howlett.

Billy was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and great uncle. He was an avid fisherman, boater, and enjoyed anything water-related. He also adored his pets.

Services will be June 6th at Moody's Funeral Home.
