Tim's dog Billy was hit by a car

Last Saturday Billy was in a hit and run accident. He was hit by a black SUV in Pennypack and the person drove away. Billy is in intensive care and needed to have extensive surgery on both legs. Both of his front legs were broken and he has lacerations all over his body. As of right now the total is around $12,000 and he will need continued therapy and medication. Any help would be greatly appreciated to Tim Krushauskas and family. Thank you very much.
